This Privacy Policy explains what personal information PythonBoyz ("we", "us", "our") collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We only collect what we actually need to run the service.

1. Information we collect

Account information — your name and email address when you sign up, so we can create your account and give you access to what you buy.

Order information — which products you purchased, the amount, and a payment reference ID from Razorpay, so we can deliver your files and maintain your order history.

Usage information — basic analytics such as pages visited, approximate referral source, and device type, used to understand what is working on the site.

2. Payment information

We do not collect or store your card number, UPI ID, CVV, or bank details. All payments are handled directly by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We receive only a payment confirmation and a reference ID. Razorpay's handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policy.

3. How we use your information

To create and secure your account; to process orders and deliver purchased files; to provide order history and support; to send you essential transactional emails such as purchase confirmations; and to improve the Website. We do not use your data for automated decision-making.

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with service providers that make the Website work: Razorpay (payments), Supabase (database and authentication hosting), and Resend (transactional email). We may also disclose information where required by law.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar local storage strictly to keep you signed in and to remember your shopping cart between visits. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser settings, though this will sign you out.

6. Data security

Data is stored on managed infrastructure with encryption in transit. Access to purchased files is protected — download links are generated per account and expire shortly after being issued. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

7. Data retention

We keep your account and order records for as long as your account exists, and afterwards only as long as needed to meet legal, accounting, or tax obligations.

8. Your rights

You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data. Email pythonboyz.team@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. Note that deleting your account also removes access to previously purchased files.

9. Children

This Website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version.
