These Terms & Conditions govern your use of PythonBoyz (the "Website"), operated by Rishikesh Yadav ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing this Website or purchasing from it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. What we sell

PythonBoyz sells digital study material: downloadable PDF notes, question banks, and bundles of such material, aimed at engineering students and job aspirants. All products are digital. Nothing physical is shipped.

2. Account & eligibility

You must create an account with a valid email address to purchase. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Website with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details on our servers. We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order that has already been paid for.

4. Licence to use the material

On successful payment you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to download and use the purchased material for your own study. You may not resell, redistribute, upload, share, or publish the material, in whole or in part, in any form. Download links are generated for your account only and expire after a short period for security.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this Website — notes, PDFs, text, graphics, logos, and design — is our property or licensed to us, and is protected by applicable copyright law. Buying a product does not transfer ownership of the content to you.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, circumvent access controls, scrape content, or share your account with others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, without refund.

7. No guarantee of results

Our material is educational. We do not guarantee any examination result, interview outcome, placement, or job offer. Any results referenced on the Website are examples, not promises.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Website available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website or any product at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Website or any product is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the product in question.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Website after a change means you accept the revised terms.
